Role Description: What You Will Do
As an Unlocker, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and facilitating both day and overnight tours
- Managing logistics, including check-ins, headcounts, transportation, and time management
- Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants
- Communicating effectively with local staff in Korean
- Assisting with post-trip surveys and feedback collection
- Fostering an inclusive and engaging group atmosphere
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Outgoing and personable individuals with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Korean at an intermediate level
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable team players
- A passion for sharing and promoting Korean culture
- Availability on weekends and some weekdays
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- An extroverted personality with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse groups
- Creativity and initiative in organizing activities
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Prior experience in leading group activities or tours is a plus
