NEXZ, the rising boy group from JYP Entertainment, is set to achieve a major milestone as they take the stage at Tokyo’s legendary Budokan this July 18–19, marking a significant moment in their growing career.
According to an announcement shared on May 12 via the group’s official social media channels, the two-night concert at Budokan will be part of “NEXZ LIVE TOUR 2025 ‘One Bite’”, their first-ever live tour in Japan.
NEXZ made their official Japanese debut on August 21, 2024, with their first EP “Ride the Vibe (Japanese Ver.) / Keep on Moving”. Less than a year later, they are proving their fast-growing popularity by headlining solo shows at Budokan—a venue widely regarded as a sacred ground for live music in Japan.
The One Bite tour will span 15 cities with 18 shows, beginning June 4 in Kanagawa and continuing through Saitama, Niigata, Shizuoka, Aichi, Okayama, Miyagi, Hyogo, Kyoto, Fukui, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Tochigi, Osaka, and ending with their Budokan and Osaka encore performances.
Tickets have already sold out for several cities, including Kanagawa, Saitama, Niigata, Aichi, Miyagi, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Tochigi, and Osaka—showcasing the explosive demand for the group. Pre-sales for the Budokan shows opened exclusively for official fan club members on May 12.
Ahead of the Budokan concerts, NEXZ will release their second Japanese EP “One Bite” on July 16, further building excitement. The group has already proven their impact in the Japanese market—topping the Oricon Daily Album Chart with their debut release and winning “Best 5 New Artists” at the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards earlier this year.
In addition to their Japanese activities, NEXZ is currently promoting their 2025 Korean comeback single “O-RLY?”, continuing to expand their reach and presence across both markets.
As anticipation grows, all eyes are on NEXZ to see how this breakout group continues to solidify their place on the global stage—one sold-out show at a time.
