MONSTA X is officially back as a full group—marking their 10th debut anniversary with the release of a special digital album and a heartfelt reunion with fans.
On May 14 at noon KST, the group dropped NOW PROJECT vol.1, a commemorative digital album that brings together all six original members for the first time in years. Released exactly a decade after their debut on May 14, 2015, the album signals a new beginning for MONSTA X, while reflecting on their journey as artists and as a team.
The album’s title, “NOW”, is a flipped version of “MON” from MONSTA X—symbolizing a reflection of who they are now and a celebration of the present moment in their career.
NOW PROJECT vol.1 features 10 re-recorded tracks, including fan favorites like “Rush Hour”, “LOVE”, “Beautiful Liar”, “Autobahn”, “Mercy”, and more. These songs were originally released between 2021 and 2023, during a time when leader Shownu was serving in the military and couldn’t participate. With Hyungwon’s recent discharge on May 13, the group has now reunited to re-record all 10 tracks in full 6-member versions, offering fans a fresh yet emotional take on songs they already love.
Each track has been newly reimagined, not only vocally but also emotionally—infused with the growth, maturity, and deeper connection the members have developed over time. The album also showcases the group’s hands-on artistry, with members participating in writing, composing, and producing, reaffirming MONSTA X’s musical identity and evolution.
“This album allowed us to revisit the emotions we felt back then—and reinterpret them through our current perspective,” the members shared.
To celebrate the release, MONSTA X will host a live broadcast on their official YouTube channel at 7PM KST, where all six members will come together to connect with fans, reflect on their 10-year journey, and share behind-the-scenes stories from the album.
As they move forward with their first full-group project in years, MONSTA X is not only honoring their past but also stepping confidently into the next chapter—with more unity, passion, and purpose than ever before.
